ACCOUNTS

+  Do I need an account to purchase items from CALA?

No, you can go through the checkout process as a guest and simply save your information for the next time you shop with us. When you create an account, you will be able to check up on your order’s status and view your order history.

+ Do you have a newsletter?

We do! Please sign up for it by going to the bottom of our web page or during checkout. You’ll be the first to know about our deals and newest arrivals!

RETURNS

+ How long do I have to make a return?

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receipt.

+ How do I make a return?

Please contact our customer service team to get a return authorization number. You may reach us via email at customerservice@calaproduct.com. You must include the return authorization number and your reason for returning on either your receipt or packing slip.

+ Can I return used or opened items?

We do not accept used items or empty containers as returns. All items must be in their original condition.

+ How much does it cost to return an item?

You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, and we do not refund original shipping costs. *Please note, we do not accept any packages C.O.D.

+ Can I return a gift?

If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, we will refund the value of the item in the form of online credit at CALAProduct.com. Please contact customer service via email at customerservice@calaproduct.com for more information on gift returns.

+ What if my return gets lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for lost packages, so please make sure to take note of your tracking number before mailing your return.

+ How will I receive my refund? 

Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

+ How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after our office receives your item(s). However, you may not see the refund credited back on your bank statement for up to two billing cycles.

EXCHANGES

+ How long do I have to make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange an unused product, please return the item within 30 days of receipt.

+ How do I make an exchange?
