Shipping & Handling
We are excited that you made your purchase with us, and we are dedicated to getting your ordered items to you as soon as possible. All orders are usually shipped within 48hrs after placing your order.
AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
CALA® offers the following shipping options for shipments within the USA:
- Standard Ground Shipping (5-10 business days on average)
- Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
- Free standard shipping on all US purchases with a subtotal of $50 and over, after any promotions and discounts are applied
Please note that our warehouse closes on major holidays.
Some rare occasions may arise when our warehouse has an unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedule outlined above.
All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. Cala Products is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged please contact Calaproduct.com within 15 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Calaproduct.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Calaproduct.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Cala Products does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been processed for shipment, your tracking number will be available in your order details by logging into your account. In addition, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your account with the updated tracking information.

CALA® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item has been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. You will be notified if there is a delay. Your patience is greatly appreciated.You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
