TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL
|
A. All items and quantity are subject to availability.
B. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cala Products.
C. Minimum order is $200.00.
D. We sell wholesale only.
E. California customers must fill out and sign a re-sale certificate with valid seller's permit number.

2. PRICES
|
A. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
B. Orders will be billed at prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
|
A. All new orders will be shipped COD money order or need to be paid in advance.
B. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) are accepted with cardholder's approval.
C. All credit applications for Open Term or COD Check terms are subject to approval.
D. All foreign orders must be Pre-Paid in U.S. Dollars.
E. We do not ship any merchandise on consignments.
F. A late charge fee of 2% per month will be charged on past due invoices.
G. Orders will not be shipped if balance exceeds the credit limit or if an invoice is past due.
H. In some cases, personal guarantee may be required.
I. There will be a $15.00 fee for any returned check. (NSF Checks)

4. SHIPPING TERMS
|
A. All shipments are F.O.B. Los Angeles, our warehouse.
B. Back Orders will be shipped unless notified of cancellation.

5. CLAIMS OR DAMAGES
|
A. Any claims for shortage or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
|
|
6. RETURNS
|
A. Merchandise can not be returned without prior authorization.
B. Returns without authorization will be subject to refusal and returned freight collect.
C. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced. No refunds will be made.
D. Returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
E. A restocking fee of 20% of amount of invoice will be applied on authorized returns.

A. All purchase orders will be considered as acceptance of all terms and conditions described above.
